Donations Now Accepted
Buttons have been added here and on the Podcast page which will allow listeners and supporters to make donations. There is no obligation - I am grateful for whatever donations I receive, but I will continue to release music for free regardless of how well the donation option goes over.
Blog Underway
I am adding a blog, in the hopes of having a space that I can dedicate to reviews. The blog is courtesy of WordPress - there are still some kinks to work out with regard to the template, but I think it looks well enough to go with as-is. If anyone wants to check it out I've added a link to the menu, or you could also click here.
Current Projects
There's a lot of music in the works these days - please check back regularly and keep an eye out for podcast episodes and upcoming releases. Work is well underway for a companion piece to The Last Season, though I have to admit it is going very slowly; I was hoping for a December release, but it looks like sometime in spring of 2010 will have to do. In the meantime, I've put that on the back burner for a bit and am working on compiling and remastering some podcast tunes for another free-form dark ambient release. With luck that should be available in another month or two.
New Look
The new banner image has been modified from Misty Pines..., which is available from Flickr. The original image was created by Himalayan Trails - thank you very much - and is copyrighted using a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 2.0 license. Among other things, this means that anyone who wants to do so is free to reuse my edited version of the image so long as the same license is maintained. For more information and to visit Himalayan Trails' photo stream, please follow the links above.
Old Site Hacked
While updating the site recently, I discovered thousands of bogus links had been inserted into the HTML - Google Bombing, I guess. Hopefully nobody suffered any ill effects from it, and the site was past due for a revamp in any case. I have to say I like the new design much better, and much thanks are due to the folks at studio7designs and Open Source Web Design.
